Upfront Payment Policy – Terms & Conditions
To secure your booking, all appointments require a deposit to be paid prior to the day of your appointment. Without a deposit, your appointment may be forfeited.
All deposits are non-refundable unless at least 24 hours' notice is provided to cancel your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours' notice or more, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or have it transferred to a new appointment.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
